How to get a refund for a subscription (Android)?
To get a refund for AI Insights/AI Analyst or Remove ads subscription purchased through Play Store, follow the steps below:
- Open Play Store app on your phone
- Tap on profile icon in top right corner
- Tap Payments and subscriptions
- Tap Budget and history
- Tap on Sofascore AI Insights or Remove ads subscription
- Tap on View
- Tap on Report a problem
- Select a reason and or describe in details
- Tap Submit
If you'd like to keep your subscription active until the end of the current billing period but prevent the next payment, follow these steps:
- Open Play Store app on your phone
- Tap on profile icon in top right corner
- Tap Payments and subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Sofascore on the list
- Tap Cancel subscription.
