How to get a refund for a subscription (Android)?

To get a refund for AI Insights/AI Analyst or Remove ads subscription purchased through Play Store, follow the steps below:


  1. Open Play Store app on your phone
  2. Tap on profile icon in top right corner
  3. Tap Payments and subscriptions
  4. Tap Budget and history
  5. Tap on Sofascore AI Insights or Remove ads subscription
  6. Tap on View
  7. Tap on Report a problem
  8. Select a reason and or describe in details
  9. Tap Submit

If you'd like to keep your subscription active until the end of the current billing period but prevent the next payment, follow these steps:


  1. Open Play Store app on your phone
  2. Tap on profile icon in top right corner
  3. Tap Payments and subscriptions
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Find Sofascore on the list
  6. Tap Cancel subscription.
