How to get a refund for a subscription (iOS)?

To get a refund for AI Insights/AI Analyst or Remove ads subscription purchased through App Store:


  1. Open App Store app
  2. Tap on Apps tab
  3. Scroll to the bottom of this page
  4. Under Quick Links tap Request a refund
  5. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
  6. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
  7. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then tap Next.
  8. Choose the subscription that you no longer want

If you'd like to keep your subscription active until the end of the current billing period but prevent the next payment, you can cancel it in advance through your device settings:


  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your Apple ID name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription (AI Insights or Remove ads).
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. The subscription will remain valid until the end of the paid term. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.


Please note that at this time, there is no alternative method for refunds or canceling purchases. These actions must be done directly on your device through Apple, as app developers do not have the administrative tools to process them on your behalf.
