Sign-in issues on website

If signing in on our website doesn’t work, try disabling browser add-ons first.

The easiest way to check if an add-on is causing the issue is to open an incognito window (Ctrl + Shift + N on Chrome) without add-ons.

Add-ons from security software or ad blockers often interfere with the Facebook or Google pop-ups used for sign-in, preventing the process from completing.
