Notifications don’t work on Samsung
To resolve issues with notifications on Samsung devices, complete the following steps:
On Android 9.0:
- Open Settings app > Device care > Battery > find Sofascore on the list
- Turn off "Put app to sleep" option
- Go back to Settings and then navigate to Apps > Sofascore
- Select Battery
- Turn on "Allow background activity"
- Select "Optimize battery usage" > All
- Turn off "Optimize battery usage" for Sofascore app
On Android 7.0/8.0:
- Open Settings app > Device maintenance > Battery > scroll down to “Unmonitored apps”
- Tap on “Add apps”
- Select Sofascore on this list
- Press “Done” in top right part of the screen
On Android 6.0:
- Open the Samsung Smart Manager app > Battery > in App power saving section tap on “Detail”
- Tap on “Sofascore” app on this list
- Select “Disable” to disable app optimization
