Notifications don’t work on Samsung

To resolve issues with notifications on Samsung devices, complete the following steps:

On Android 9.0:

  1. Open Settings app > Device care > Battery > find Sofascore on the list
  2. Turn off "Put app to sleep" option
  3. Go back to Settings and then navigate to Apps > Sofascore
  4. Select Battery
  5. Turn on "Allow background activity"
  6. Select "Optimize battery usage" > All
  7. Turn off "Optimize battery usage" for Sofascore app

On Android 7.0/8.0:

  1. Open Settings app > Device maintenance > Battery > scroll down to “Unmonitored apps”
  2. Tap on “Add apps”
  3. Select Sofascore on this list
  4. Press “Done” in top right part of the screen

On Android 6.0:

  1. Open the Samsung Smart Manager app > Battery > in App power saving section tap on “Detail”
  2. Tap on “Sofascore” app on this list
  3. Select “Disable” to disable app optimization
