Notifications don't work on Android

If you experience issues with notifications on Android, you can try adjusting some of these settings.

Android 8.0+

Disable battery optimisation

  1. Open Settings > Apps and Notifications > Sofascore > Advanced > Battery > Battery optimisation > All apps
  2. Find Sofascore on the list
  3. Set to "Don't optimise"

Enable background data

  1. Open Settings > Apps and Notifications > Sofascore > Mobile data and Wi-Fi 
  2. Slider for "Background data" should be set to "On" position.

Reinstall the app

  1. Uninstall the app
  2. Reboot your device
  3. Reinstall the app from Play Store
  4. Add live football or tennis match to favorites and test the notifications
